Goblocc Terms of Use

Welcome to Goblocc! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Goblocc’s mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using Goblocc, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to use Goblocc.
By using Goblocc, you represent that you meet these age requirements and are legally able to enter into this agreement.

2. Your Account

• You must create an account to use certain features of Goblocc.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Goblocc reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User Content

• You may create and publish mini-websites ("Content") using Goblocc.
• You retain ownership of your Content but grant Goblocc a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it as part of the Services.
• You are solely responsible for your Content. You must not upload or share:
  • Illegal, infringing, or harmful material.
  • Content that violates intellectual property rights.
  • Content that is misleading, hateful, or abusive.
• Goblocc may remove or restrict Content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription ("Premium").
• Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Apple, Google, Stripe, RevenueCat).
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in your app store account settings before the renewal date.
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Ads and Third-Party Services

• Free/published Goblocc sites may display ads. Ads are managed by third-party networks.
• Goblocc is not responsible for third-party content, services, or links.
• If you upgrade to Premium, ads may be removed from your sites.

6. Acceptable Use

• You agree not to:
  • Use Goblocc for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the Services.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or resell Goblocc without permission.
  • Spam, exploit, or mislead other users.

7. Intellectual Property

• Goblocc and its name, logo, design, and technology are owned by Goblocc.
• You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use Goblocc ends, but sections that should survive (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

9. Disclaimers

• Goblocc is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We are not responsible for user-generated content or third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law:
  • Goblocc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability for any claims relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months prior to the claim.
